Reclosable or Resealable Zippers
We offer reclosable/resealable zippers as a pouch add-on option. These zippers consist of a plastic track with two interlocking components, enabling repeated sealing of the pouch.
This feature locks in freshness for extended periods — ideal for food products that need to preserve nutrients, taste and aroma. It also prevents unwanted odour diffusion. Small-batch customization of zipper-equipped pouches is fully supported, to fit your specific packaging needs.
Valves or Vents
We offer pressure relief valves as a pouch add-on: these can be attached to pouches to release unwanted gas from the contents, helping maintain product freshness. They’re also referred to as “aroma valves,” as they let users smell the product through the valve. Small-batch customization of valve-equipped pouches is fully supported.
For products that need extra ventilation, we can add vent holes — with customized perforation count and size, tailored to your product’s barrier requirements. This option is also available for small-batch orders.
