Pouch material structures (Barriers)

We provide a variety of pouch material structures, specifically designed to protect contents from oxidation, moisture, light, odor, or a combination of these factors.

Our material options cover clear structures, metalized film structures, aluminium foil structures, kraft paper film structures, boilable structures, and microwaveable structures — all applicable to stand-up pouches, flat pouches, rollstock films, and other flexible packaging products. Small-batch customization is supported for any of these material structures to fit your specific packaging needs.

We design and develop pouch material structures tailored to different application scenarios. Our pouches are crafted from high-performance laminates and materials, including PET, OPA, PE, OPP, CPP, EVOH and more.

Whether you need specific material combinations for small-batch custom packaging or standard solutions, we can accommodate your requirements. For detailed information on these materials (including abbreviations and explanations), please refer to the material glossary below.

We select packaging materials based on their properties and your specific requirements, and our production plans are determined by the overall film structure tailored to the intended application. For example, if you need pouches with oxygen and moisture barrier properties, we prioritize aluminium foil; when the need involves mechanical strength, stiffness, gas/water-vapour barrier, heat sealability, adhesion and cost-effectiveness, we use polymer materials.

Whether for small-batch customization or mass production, the overall size and structure of the pouches will be decided entirely based on your needs.
